RAMAC FOUNDATION
The RAMAC Foundation supports the charitable and educational endeavors of RAMAC.
The Racine Area Manufacturers and Commerce Foundation, Inc. is the 501(c)3 arm of the chamber of commerce. RAMAC Foundation initiatives can extend RAMAC’s scope of activities. These initiatives serve a diverse audience including emerging community leaders as well as educators and students.
The Leadership Racine program is now an initiative of the RAMAC Foundation allowing the chamber to collaborate more broadly with strategic partners and organizations to address key business and community issues.
In 2023-2024, the RAMAC Foundation is part of the National Civics Bee initiative through the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
HISTORY
The RAMAC Foundation was originally incorporated in 1991 as Education Racine. In 2018, the name was changed to the Racine Area Manufacturers and Commerce Foundation to broaden its purpose and function.
RAMAC FOUNDATION BOARD
The RAMAC Foundation is governed by a separate Board of Directors and is housed within RAMAC and its offices.
