We offer young professionals in the greater Racine area with opportunities to connect, grow, and engage.

This membership program provides opportunities to CONNECT, GROW, and ENGAGE through a variety of networking, social, volunteer, and educational events.
YPR strives to ensure that Racine is a desirable destination for young professionals to live, work, and play.
We are on a mission to gain 25 new YPR members in 2025!
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
YPR is the best place in Racine for younger individuals to get engaged and gain access to the business community. YPR is open to career-minded individuals and those looking to enhance their network and includes members from various industries in the greater Racine area. Membership to YPR will provide you with opportunities that will help you:

Membership to YPR is accepted year-round by submitting a form and payment.
Membership Requirements: Typically for individuals 21 to 40 years of age – YPR does not discriminate on age. Your membership will not be denied if you are out of this age range.
There are no industry requirements to be a YPR member. “Professional” means you are working in any type of industry.
Membership Cost: $50 initial fee
If you work for a platinum RAMAC member, your membership is FREE as part of their company membership to RAMAC.

Sample Programs Offered through YPR
Made in Racine Tours
To celebrate Manufacturing Month, in October, these tours are a time to learn about Racine’s rich history, industry, and deep roots in manufacturing and inventions. This series offers tours and highlights local businesses with time to connect with business leaders.
Belle of the Ball Support
This yearly event offers a free prom dress boutique to distribute dresses or formal wear to high school students who will be attending Racine’s prom. YPR members support the set-up and takedown of the Belle of the Ball boutique.
Let’s Taco ‘Bout It Series
This lunch and learn session is an opportunity for young professionals to talk about relevant issues that matter to Racine. Topics may range from hearing from local government officials to transportation issues to protecting our lakefront or learning about the arts. The goal is to educate Racine’s YPs and network around a quick meal.

After work hours networking opportunity to conduct business in a social setting and a chance to meet other RAMAC members and young professionals.
